TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Cheque / Draft to be issued in favour of “M/s Krishana Developers & Promoters” payable at Delhi / New Delhi / Noida / Ghaziabad only. Outstation cheques shall not be accepted.
- One time lease rent for 90 years paid by promoters.
- The rates mentioned in the booking / agreement is free from any Escalations.
- The firm reserves the right to revise process and payment plan of unsold shops without any prior notice.
- All terms and conditions of shop / showroom/office/store allotment letter shall be applicable.
- Power backup will be provided after 70% occupancy.
- Stamp duty charges on account of registration of Lease Deed. Electricity connection or any other Government levies, demanded by any concerned authority shall be extra.
- The above rates are on super area basis i.e. covered area including walls, nice windows projection, pillars, balconies and proportionate share of areas under stair case, common cases, walls, shafts, water/electricity supply arrangement and other common facilities and areas.
- One time firefighting & installation of Sub Station/Power House/Transformer charges @ Rs.100/- per sq.ft. Super area.
- One time Maintenance Security @ 1000/- per sq.mtr. on super area basis.
- Delayed payment shall be payable with 18% interest on the delayed amount / period compounded quarterly.
- 10% extra charges for two sided open and front shops.
